Traditional
Traditionals are just honey, water, and yeast. No other flavors are needed. Traditionals can have fruits, herbs, and spices added to create unique flavors, but right here we want to pimp out (as Rich likes to say) our traditionals, no frills or fluff.

- Sessions are light with a typically lower alcohol level. Usually under 10% alcohol by volume.
- Standards are usually between 7.5% -14% alcohol by volume.
- Sacks take a long time to make and are between 14% -18% alcohol by volume.
- Bochet: the honey is cooked until it smells like a delicious toasted marshmallow.
